No Job too big...

When I call an electrician and ask him to start a job the day after the plumber has finished - he is always there for me. I know he will show up and get the job done. Most sub-contractors make general contractors their priority because the general contractor provides 75% of his work. The same reason I can demand a higher standard of work than could an average homeowner.  In nearly all cases the time a general contractor needs to complete is dramatically less than the time required of a project managed directly by a home owner, minimizing the inconvenience to your family and the uncertainty for your budget.

Again the reality is that a general contractor has more resources and a very serious interest in completing the job a quickly as possible and moving on to the next project. A good general contractor understands exactly how to sequence work items, knows which inspections are required at the appropriate times and how long each task will take, and understands lead times required for materials selections.  The quality of your finished project starts with responsible management; this is very important with both additions and new home construction. We have managed everything from large multi-family construction, apartment buildings, single family homes, to condominiums, additions, and renovations
